HexaCluster has completed SOC 2® Type 1 and Type 2 examinations, part of the AICPA's System and Organization Controls (SOC) suite of services, performed by an independent licensed CPA firm on the controls relevant to the security of the systems we use to deliver our services. SOC 2 examinations are not certifications; they result in a report. Use of a SOC 2 report is restricted, so we share it with customers and prospective customers under NDA on request at connect@hexacluster.ai. Our controls are continuously monitored through Comp AI.
We also operate in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and maintain an information security management system aligned with ISO/IEC 27001.

The AICPA SOC for Service Organizations logo is a proprietary trademark and service mark of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). It is displayed on this website by HexaCluster, as a registered service organization, under the AICPA's SOC for Service Organizations Logo Terms, Conditions and Guidelines, and links to aicpa.org/soc4so as those terms require. The logo may not be copied, altered, or reused by any third party, and its use here does not grant any license to it. SOC 1®, SOC 2® and SOC 3® are registered marks of the AICPA. The “SOC 2 Type II Certified” badge is issued by Comp AI, our compliance-monitoring provider, and remains its property.
